This is the Kershaw Majesty, a knife manufactured by Kershaw but designed by Tom Veff. Veffs ability to combine comfort, efficiency and performance in his knives is second to none.
The Majesty has a skinning blade with gut hook which fits snuggly in the integral sheath provided. The cocobolo handle features striking banding of rich colours exhibited by this, one of the heaviest and darkest members of the tropical rosewood family.
The durability of this species is why it is so widely used for knife handles and scales.
The full tang blade is manufactured from high quality AUS8A steel, with a rockwell hardness rating of 56-58. The Majesty measures 7 3/4 inches overall (196 mm), with a 3 1/4-inch (83 mm) blade.
A pre-owned knife in excellent condition.
This knife appears to have never been used or sharpened.
