The Helle Symfoni 88 is an exquisitely crafted hunting knife that combines elegance with functionality. This knife stands out because of its premium materials and meticulous hand-finishing. The handle features a combination of rugged reindeer antler at the crop and rich, wavy birch wood for the rest. Skilled craftsmen shape, polish, and oil each handle by hand, giving it a unique character.

The blade of the Helle Symfoni is a full-tang construction, which means the blade's steel extends through the entire handle, providing enhanced durability and strength. The blade consists of a hard stainless steel core, laminated between two layers of 18/8 stainless steel, ensuring a sharp Scandi Grind plain edge that is easy to maintain.

The knife includes a traditional Scandinavian leather sheath, adding to its classic appeal and practicality.

To maintain the knife, dry the handle and blade with a soft cloth after they get wet. You should also occasionally apply wax or oil to keep both the handle and blade in prime condition. Care for the leather sheath by treating it with colourless grease or wax to maintain its flexibility. If it becomes wet, dry it slowly at room temperature.
