The Spyderco MANIX 2 Blue Lightweight CTS-BD1 is an ultra-light, high-performance folding knife. It features a CTS-BD1 ** blade with exceptional wear and corrosion resistance, a full-flat grind for efficient cutting, and Spyderco’s Round Hole™ for easy one-handed opening. Enhanced control comes from a forefinger choil and jimping.

Connecting the blade and handle is Spyderco’s patented Ball Bearing Lock™ mechanism. This innovative design uses a ball bearing housed in a textured polymer cage to secure the blade. When the blade opens, the ball bearing is pushed forward to lock between a blade ramp and a handle insert, ensuring a secure hold. Pulling the caged bearing back releases the lock, enabling safe and smooth blade closure while keeping fingers clear of the edge. This mechanism is strong, user-friendly, and fully ambidextrous.

The ambidextrous clip adds flexibility for left or right carry preferences, further emphasising Spyderco's attention to detail in making the Spyderco MANIX 2 Blue adaptable to different users' needs.
