Spyderco ParaMilitary 2 – CPM S30V – 8cm

The Spyderco ParaMilitary 2 Black - The successor to the original 2004 ParaMilitary designed by Spyderco founder Sal Glesser This knife really was the best on the market at the time and much easier and lighter to carry than existing kit. Spyderco wanted to improve on the original design and better the performance and improve it they did!

The main changes to the ParaMilitary 2 were to improve the ergonomics of the G-10 handle, the introduction of skeletonised liners strengthening the pivotal area, a new and improved pivot system, smoothly deploying the blade, an upgraded pocket clip and a larger lanyard hole. All small improvements but important in refining this already popular knife.

The ParaMilitary 2 has a blade length of 7.75cm, a full flat grind, fine edge and made from the incredible S30V steel. The handle is G-10 with Stainless steel skeletonised liners. It's a lightweight knife, incredibly strong and durable, the compression lock is accessible easily for closure but not so that it interferes with the grip when open, an excellent design which just fits like a glove exactly in the correct place in the palm as soon as its picked up.

Not common to find these days and a very good work knife. The condition is used but clean and has been well looked after. Some signs of wear and sharpening - a great purchase at this price.
