Rockstead CHI-ZDP Japanese Folding Knife ZDP-189/VG10 Clad Tanto Blade, Aluminium Handles

The Rockstead CHI-ZDP folding knife was developed from their Beetle Knife. CHI in Japanese translates to "Intelligence"

This beautiful knife has a very smooth opening action with a well designed, discreet liner lock, fixing the 7.5cm ZDP-189/VG10 clad steel blade in a secure open position.The blade is polished to a mirror finish with dual thumb studs and has a hardness of about 67 HRC. The closed length is approximately 11cm with a super strong pocket clip making it ideal as an every day, elite work knife.

The opening action is incredibly smooth and the liner lock keeps the tanto blade securely open. The aluminium handles feature stingray inlay for added grip when handling.

This knife is pre-owned and although it does not have its box, it is supplied with the original cloth and silk bag. The knife shows no signs of use or sharpening. 

It is recommended by Rockstead that if the blade ever needs sharpening, it is returned to the factory for re-grinding and sharpening. This is usually a free service and the blade will then provide another 2/3 years of service before needing to be serviced again.
